“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” – Philippians 4:13 (NKJV)
Life isn’t easy. There are seasons when the weight of our circumstances feels too heavy to carry—grief, uncertainty, sickness, financial strain, broken relationships. These struggles can leave us feeling overwhelmed and alone.

But we are not alone.
Jesus Christ walks with us in the valleys. He does not promise a life without trouble, but He does promise His presence and power in the midst of it. The apostle Paul, who wrote Philippians from prison, understood hardship. Yet he declared with confidence that he could endure anything through the strength of Christ.

This is the hope we hold onto: Jesus is our strength when we are weak. He is our peace in the storm, our anchor in chaos, and our healer in brokenness. His grace is sufficient, and His power is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

When you feel like giving up, remember this: you are not meant to go it alone. Call on Jesus. Lean on Him. Trust in His strength—and you will find the power to press on.

Prayer:

Lord Jesus, thank You for being my strength when I have none. Help me to trust You in the midst of my struggles. Remind me that I don’t have to face anything alone. Fill me with Your peace, and carry me through every trial. In Your name, Amen.
